CUTIPOL Gourmet - Palette knife

The molybdenum vanadium blade is seriously sharp—it slices through vegetables cleanly without any drag. Cleanup from scraping the pan is effortless too.

The resin handle has a nice weight and balance, and the molybdenum vanadium blade scrapes my non-stick pan perfectly clean without scratching. Makes flipping delicate items like fish fillets so much easier than my old metal spatula.

I was a bit worried about plastic utensils bending, but this one's resin and molybdenum vanadium blend feels surprisingly solid. The 27cm length is perfect for flipping pancakes without getting my knuckles near the heat.
