EVA SOLO Green Tools - Whisk

The silicone coating on this whisk makes cleanup stupidly easy — eggs and batter just rinse right off, no scrubbing. It’s sturdy enough for thick dough and the heat rating gives me peace of mind when I’m working near a hot pan. Exactly what I needed.

This silicone coating really grips the bowl's edge, so I’m not chasing the whisk around while I mix. It handles hot sugar syrup just fine without any melting or warping.

Finally, a whisk that won't scratch my non-stick pans—the silicone coating is smooth and flexible, yet sturdy enough for heavy cream. It handled a hot roux without any melting or warping, so the 250°C heat resistance is no joke.
