EVA SOLO Nordic Kitchen - Panela L

I was pleasantly surprised how evenly the induction hob heats this pan for searing meat. The handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt, which is a nice touch for everyday cooking.

I use mine almost daily for soups and veggie stir-fries, and it heats evenly on my induction hob without any hot spots. The pan is deep enough for a proper batch of soup but still light to handle. Couldn’t ask for more in a workhorse pan.

The handles stay completely cool even when I'm simmering soup for an hour, which makes a huge difference. Cleanup is effortless too—just a quick wipe and it's done.
