I was initially unsure about the footed design, but it really makes the piece feel more sculptural on my shelf. The handcrafted feel is evident in the slight unevenness of the rim, which adds to its charm.

The Venetian red glaze has such depth in person, it catches the light differently from every angle. I’ve already used it for a cheese display and it made the whole table feel more intentional. The handcrafted feel is obvious, especially around the foot.
