ASA Kitchen' Art - Bread pot black

I've baked sourdough in this pot three times now and the crust comes out so crisp and dark, way better than my old metal Dutch oven. The reactive glaze makes each piece look a little different, which I didn't expect but really like.

The reactive glaze gives it this subtle sheen that looks way pricier than it is. Baked a boule in it last weekend and the crust came out beautifully crisp, plus it's heavy enough that nothing scorches on the bottom.

The acacia wood lid fits snugly enough that steam stays trapped, and my crusts have never had this kind of crackle. It's also genuinely pretty sitting out on the counter, which I didn't expect to care about.
