SERAX Inku - White serving bowl M

The matte white finish on this bowl is somehow both rustic and refined, which is exactly what I wanted for serving rice and small sides. It's heavier than it looks in photos, and the slightly uneven rim gives it that wabi-sabi feel without looking sloppy.

The uneven rim looks hand-thrown, and the matte white glaze has a soft, almost chalky feel that photographs beautifully. Held warm soba broth without a single drip, and it's light enough to carry one-handed from the kitchen.

The matte white finish makes even a plain green salad look restaurant-worthy, and the medium size is just right for two people. Only thing is it's a touch heavier than my old bowls, but the thick rim feels sturdy enough to last.
