Hazel C. ★★★★★

The high, steep sides mean I can brown a whole batch of onions without anything hopping out onto the stove. It went straight into the oven at 220°C for a braise and came out completely unfazed. The weight feels solid without being a pain to lift one-handed.

Abigail ★★★★★

Used it for a slow simmer yesterday and the tall sides kept everything contained with zero splatter on the stovetop. Then it went straight into the oven at 400 degrees without any warping or handle issues, which is exactly what I needed.

Robert Y. ★★★★★

The high steep sides mean I can sear meat then add stock and simmer without splattering my stovetop. It's heavier than my old pan but the heat spreads so evenly I don't get hot spots. Also went straight into a 400F oven for a braise, no issues.
