ASA 250°C Plus - 低長方形盤

I was worried about thermal shock with such a thin plate, but it handled a 250°C oven to cold counter flawlessly. The bright white finish really makes the food pop, and the low rim is perfect for serving sauces without spills.

The rectangular shape fits my sheet pans perfectly, and the bright white glaze makes plating look far more polished than my old round dishes. I’ve run it through the oven at 250°C twice already and it comes out spotless with no crazing.

I was worried it might be too fragile for daily use, but this plate survived a few accidental bumps in the sink without a chip. The bright white really makes the food pop on the table.
