COOK & SHARE - Caçarola Back up L

I've been using this low casserole for a few weeks now, and the modern design by Rodolfo Dordoni is even better in person. It heats evenly and looks great on the table for serving.

Finally, a pan that actually looks good on the table without being fussy. The low sides make flipping vegetables so much easier than my old deep sauté pan.

The low, wide shape of this pan is perfect for getting a good sear on meat, and the modern design looks great on my induction cooktop. It's surprisingly lightweight for its size, which makes handling it a lot easier than my old cast iron.
