KAI Shun Classic - Ham knife

The blade glides through a whole ham like it's soft butter, and the Damascus pattern is even prettier in person. I've never owned a knife this sharp out of the box.

The handle has a nice weight to it, feels perfectly balanced even for thin ham slices. Cut through a roasted ham like butter with almost no drag.
