WMF - Fish pan L

This pan replaced an old cheap one that warped instantly, and what a difference. The base is seriously thick—you can tell it's built to last, and the 44.5cm length handles two decent fillets without crowding. Cleanup is a breeze too, so it's been my go-to for weeknights.

The 44.5cm length fits a whole sea bass perfectly without crowding. Heats evenly and feels incredibly sturdy — exactly what I needed for crispy fish without sticking.

Cleaned up the crispy skin on a whole sea bass last night, nothing stuck, and the 44.5cm length fits two decent fillets side by side. It's held up through a few rounds of high heat already, no warping at all.
