ALESSI - Pasta pot

The stainless steel lid seals tightly, so my pasta water actually comes to a rolling boil faster than with my old pots. The whole set feels surprisingly balanced and heavy-duty in hand.

I’ve been using the melamine spoon that comes with this pot, and it’s a nice touch—no more scratching the bottom. The stainless steel lid seals well enough that the water boils faster than my old pot.

The lid doubles as a colander for draining, which I didn't expect and now use every single time. The melamine spoon that comes with it is sturdier than it looks, and the saucepan heats evenly on my gas stove. Genuinely the most useful pot I've bought in years.
