The U'Select grind adjustment is so satisfyingly precise—I can go from fine for eggs to coarse for steak in seconds. The chocolate brown is richer than I expected, and it feels solid in the hand.

The chocolate color looks even better on my counter than online, and the 30cm height gives it a solid presence. The U'Select dial lets me switch from coarse to fine with a simple twist.

The U'Select dial actually works—I turned it two clicks coarser and my tellicherry peppercorns came out noticeably chunkier for steaks. The 30cm height means I'm not hunched over the pan either, which my wrists appreciate.
