The cassia wood grain on each spoon is slightly different, which I wasn't expecting but love. They're warm to the touch even straight out of the freezer drawer, so no shocking cold against your lips when eating sorbet.

I bought these for a dinner party dessert course and the wooden texture genuinely made the sorbet feel more special than with metal spoons. They're light yet sturdy enough for scooping through firm gelato without bending. The natural grain pattern on each spoon is a lovely conversation starter too.

Each spoon has a slightly different wood pattern, so mine feels like a tiny piece of furniture for my dessert bowl. The smooth, warm surface doesn’t conduct cold the way metal does, which makes scooping gelato way more comfortable. I’ve started using it for every frozen treat, even plain yogurt.
