The U'Select grind adjustment actually works — I twisted the ring to a fine setting for my pepper and got a noticeably finer grind than my old mill ever managed. The matte chocolate finish also hides fingerprints way better than I expected.

The chocolate color looks so sleek on my counter, and the U'Select mechanism lets me dial in the perfect grind for steaks versus salads. It feels wonderfully solid in the hand, too.

I've been using the U'Select dial on this for a few weeks now and the grind adjustment really does make a difference between fine and coarse pepper. The chocolate brown color also hides fingerprints way better than my old bare wood mill. Solid weight in the hand too.
